The attached document shows the 2024-2025 General Fund (10) budget and activity through December 31, 2024, compared to the previous two years.

Summary:
As of December, revenues reached 27% of the projected total for the school year, an increase from 24% at the same point last year. Expenses were at 36% of the year-end budget projection, the same as this point last year.

Special Note: The District plans to right-size its staffing in response to the expiration of federal ESSER III grant funds, which requires reducing seven positions for the 2025-2026 school year. It is anticipated that most staff affected by these reductions will have opportunities to transition into open roles created by expected retirements and resignations.
