Summary:
|
In 2025, the IRS Standard Mileage Rate will increase by 3 cents, from 67 cents per mile to 70 cents per mile. Traditionally, the District aligns its business mileage reimbursement rate with the IRS recommendation and implements adjustments in January. |

Budgetary Impact:
|
The $0.03 increase in the mileage reimbursement rate will result in a small increase in costs for compensating staff who use personal vehicles for District business. |
